Instructions on Pickup, Setup, and Return of Rental Products
At Rent a Tent Weyburn, we want to make sure that your rental experience is as seamless and stress-free as possible. That's why we've created this instruction page to help guide you through the process of picking up, setting up, and returning your rental products.
When you rent your items from us, we provide step-by-step instructions and helpful tips for every stage of the process, so you can rest assured that everything will go smoothly on the day of your event.
We can provide affordable packages as we do not provide delivery or setup services.
You are responsible to pick up your rentals, set them up and return them.
All tents come as a complete package with all stakes, poles, and walls (if available) included in the price.
Rental pricing is per event (less than one week). If longer, additional fees will apply.
The Process of Pickup, Setup & Returns

Pickup
When you come to pick up your rental products, you will need to bring all of the necessary tools and equipment.
We recommend that you bring tie downs to secure your load, a truck with an open box and/or a trailer.
You may need to bring some helpers to load, particularly if you have requested a large number of tables and chairs.

Setup
We will provide specific instructions for setting up rental products such as tents and dance floor.
We recommend having a sledge hammer, extra rope, and several helpers to make the job quick and easy.

Return
Once the event is over, we ask that you return the rental products to our location at the agreed-upon time. We will inspect the items to ensure they are in good condition and that no damage has occurred.
Line Locate:
A Must for Events with over 20 People
For any outdoor event with more than 20 people, a tent is a must-have to ensure everyone stays comfortable. However, tents with large capacities require sturdy support in the form of metal stakes.
To ensure safety, we highly recommend obtaining a line locate for the location where the tent will be installed.
