Do you provide portable washrooms and table linens?

We do not provide portable washrooms and table linens (for the round tables). We understand that these rental products essential for many events.

If you need portable washrooms or table linens for your event, we would be happy to provide you with referrals to trusted local businesses that offer these rental products.

Do you provide delivery or
setup service?

We offer a self-service rental option, which means that we do not provide delivery or set up services. As a customer, you will be responsible for picking up your rental products, setting them up, and returning them.

Our pricing reflects this approach, which allows us to keep our costs low and pass on the savings to you.

We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to set up tents and dance floors.

What do I need to bring when I pick up my rental items?

When picking up your rental items, we suggest that you bring along tie downs to ensure that your load is secure during transportation.

​

Additionally, it is recommended that you bring a truck with an open box and a trailer to facilitate the transport of your rental items.

Once your booking is confirmed we will work with you on the details to ensure that you have the proper equipment needed.

What do I need in order to set up my tent?

Specific instructions for setting up your tent will be provided; however, we generally recommend having a sledgehammer, extra rope, and several helpers to make the job quick and easy.

Is there any special precaution to take when setting up for large events?

When setting up tents for more than 20 people, there are some special precautions to take. Since such tents require large metal stakes, we strongly advise you to arrange for line locates in the area where you intend to set up the tent.

You can contact Sask1st Call to do this at no cost, and you should do so at least 10 days before your event.
